Carolyn Cook was born in North Carolina where she
lived for many years. She is a self-taught artist, now residing
in Canton, Ohio. She is best known for her realism and unique style
in creating emotional florals that seems to reach right off the
canvas. Her work is found throughout the world, gracing many fine
homes and galleries. Her dominant medium is oil on canvas, though
has done many commissioned works for clients such as murals, furniture
designs, mirrors and transoms. Each piece is always a “one
of a kind” design, never duplicating her work. Carolyn’s
joy of life and nature shines through her paintings, bringing this
wonder of beauty to all who view her work. |

elements of nature. In addition to creating beautiful decorative
art, Cynthia has had many years of experience as a designer in the

Linda McAdams is an accomplished photographer who
has spent much time traveling throughout Europe and along the coastlines
of the United States. In her travels, she has captured the essence
of these places through her emulsion-altered Polaroid photographs.
This process uses heat and chemicals to soften the photo’s
image lines, creating a painterly look. To further enhance the image,
color is sometimes directly applied to the image using oil pastels
or photograph oils. Linda resides in Mantua, New Jersey, a suburb
of Philadelphia, PA. |

Diane Millsap is a full-time, professional artist.
A resident in rural northern Illinois, she received her formal art
training at Western Illinois University and from her mother, an
accomplished watercolor artist. After raising a family and having
a twenty-year career in furniture design, she now paints full time.
Diane draws her subject matter from her diverse background and her
many travels. She says that travel is her greatest source of inspiration.
Diane's paintings hang in many private and corporate collections
across the country and abroad. Her style is constantly evolving,
but a love of color and emotional expression is a common thread
which runs through each piece. |

Mary Nunn is a professional artist, workshop facilitator
and art juror, currently residing in Ottawa, Canada. Mary's formal
training dates back to 1980 (Commercial, Fine Art, Art History),
but as she says, "the important learning takes place during
the painting process." She began teaching in 1985 and now travels
extensively in Canada and the United States leading watercolor workshops.
Mary has exhibited in many commercial and public galleries with
numerous solo exhibitions. Among her many achievements, Mary is
an elected member of the Society of Canadian Artists, a fellow of
the Ottawa Watercolour Society and is listed in Canada's Who's Who,
Who's Who in Canadian Women; International Who's Who of Women. |
